Meet 9pm Fri 11 July at Poly Marina
[u guys can arrange to meet 8pm 4 dinner or smthing]

Be in the standard training attire (Red FO tee, Black shorts)
Covered shoes are to be worn throughout the camp.
Camp is likely to end by sunday evening. (dependent on conditions)

Bring:
- Extra Clothes
- Undergarments
- Your own essential/personal toileries
-Towels, etc
- Ziplock bags (for waterproof purpose)
-Spectacle Band (those wear specs)

*All valuables will be left on shore in your bags at PM.
*If need for personal medication, pls let Felicia or Jiayao know about it.

Tomorrow's training [1st Aug] is CANCELLED!

Sat's training [4th Aug] is still as USUAL at 9am. It will be a longer training session thus lunch break will be provided.

Hey upgraders! Have you successfully found this SPA's blog?

Anyway, below is the list of essential items in the first aid kit that I want to see on Saturday.

1. Roller Bandage (1 roll)
2. Triangular Bandage (1 roll)
3. Cotton Gauze (1 small pack)
4. Eye Pad (1 piece)
5. Safety Pins (at least 6 pieces)
6. Metal Twezzer (1 pair)
7. Scissor (1 pair)
8. Leukoplast (1 roll)
9. Handiplast (at least 4 pieces)
10. Antiseptic Cream (1 small tube)
11. Lighter (1 piece)
12. Waterproof container

Ppl, rmb standardisation? I wont be very strict on it but basic ones I'll still look into it such as the waterproof container, scissor, twezzer, lighter same colour etc.

You guys can get these items from those pharmancies in supermarket or polyclinics. Advice to you guys is that allocate ppl to get respective items so that the standardisation part can be met.

Wed's training will be at 1530. We wont be waiting in clubhouse for you guys, instead we'll meet you guys straight at the previous venue, Poly 50 admin block open area. See you!
