1.      At least 1 set of clothing
2.      Personal first aid kit (12 essential items)
3.      Army poncho
4.      2 X1.5 litres mineral water(only plain water)
5.      Torchlight with spare batteries
6.      Jackknife/Pocketknife
7.      Eating utensils (fork & spoon)
8.      Personal Medication(if any)
9.      Money for your dinner
