Running Attire.
Gather 3pm at clubhse, training will start at 330pm SHARP.

SAT 21 June 08. Sea Training.
Maroon FO tshirt, Black Shorts, Covered Shoes. [Those not in tis attire will not be entertained]
All to arrive @10am, Poly Marina.
[Bus 189 frm Clementi MRT, alight at waseda Jap sch & walk over]
Bring along Change of Clothes, Bathing Kit..
