HEY Upgraders,
Both sea and land training will be stopped from now onwards, due to the upcoming tests and exams.
Training will resume on:
*Land - 14 sept 09 (mon)
*Sea - 16 sept 09 (wed)
Nevertheless, I hope you all can do some simple self-training.
Such as running around 2.4km or do some conditioning to keep your stamina.
*Remember to do a proper warm-up and cool down, before and after workout.
So as to minimize any injuries.*
