Have lunch before you come!

No trekking bag/ first aid kit = No trip for you!!!!

1st Day : Black/White SP shirt
2nd Day: SPA FO camp shirt
3rd Day: Own choice

1. Roller bandages
2. Triangular bandages
3. Cotton gauze
4. Eye pad
5. Safety pins
6. Tweezers
7. Scissors
8. Leukoplast
9. Handiplast
10. Antiseptic Cream
11. Lighter
12. Waterproof container

THINGS TO BRING:

- Covered shoes (Don't bring frictionless shoes)
- PASSPORT & MALAYSIA RINGGIT (Waterproof => ziplock bag)
- Personal first aid kit (12 essential items)
- Poncho
- 4 x 1.5 litres bottles
- Small pouch for passport and valuables (Not compulsory)
- Windbreaker and long pants
- Insect repellent
- Utensils
- TORCH LIGHT **** EXTRA BATTERIES for in case
