Did you all had fun during the FOC? Thanks to everyone, SPA FOC 2011 was a huge success! :) Next up, more fun awaits you at the Post-FOC Outing this coming Saturday at Sentosa!

Meeting Venue: Harbourfront MRT Station

Bring your own food, ball/ Frisbee/ card games, camera, music & etc!

Also, do take note that land training will officially start next week.

Time: 3.30pm
Meeting Venue: T11A

Please be in your sports attire with covered shoes. Bring along your water bottle too.

NOTE: Both campers and non-campers are welcome to join us!
