Last Call for Collection of FOC Registration & Indemnity Forms

Hi all,

Please note that tomorrow, 3 May 2012 (Thursday), is the last day of collection for the FOC registration & indemnity forms.

For those who have paid for the FOC but have not submitted the forms yet, kindly do so tomorrow either from 11am - 2pm or 3pm - 6pm at the DSD rockwall.
